She Stoops to Conquer by Oliver Goldsmith at the Orange Tree Theatre

She Stoops To Conquer 🔗4/5 stars 🔗I was in London on a layover and made my way to Richmond to catch a production of one of my all time favorite reads that I had never actually seen performed. This is an absolutely brilliant production of a great play from the 18th century, very competently directed by Tom Littler, with a nice festive feel for my December visit to the Orange Tree.

The Master Plan by Michael Healey

The Master Plan at Crow’s Theater 🔗4/5 stars 🔗I saw this production in early September before I had my blog set up. One thing I’ll say about The Master Plan is that it brought an entirely new crowd to the theatre, that crowd being anybody interested in the City of Toronto’s experiment with Google Labs, which had the effect of creating a lot of buzz in the Toronto theatre community in general.
